Thanks Lewis. I read your article. I think it is really interesting and DX is something we should improve.
I actually would like to add a “design” process before start developing a feature. I feel most times people care about finishing a ticket, but they do not care about the awful DX that they are creating.
Do you have a design process on your company? I would love to hear about it!
PS. I had not seen Peggy Rayzis talk, it is very interesting too!
